Punching Training For Men

Lets set the scene. You and your girlfriend are walking home from a dinner on a Saturday night. You have had a lovely evening, the meal was great and you are both loved up and in a really good mood. Before you know it someone grabs your girlfriend and snatches her bag. You attempt to intervene but this guy is slightly bigger and slightly stronger than you. He brushes you aside like a fly and makes off with your girlfriends bag, purse, phone and other personal possessions inside. How do you feel right now? Take a second to think about it? YOU are the man of the relationship and YOU have just let your girlfriend down! Would you feel like a man?... I very much doubt it!
YOU have an opportunity to make sure that doesn't happen! There are methods of punching training that are VERY easy to follow and just as easy to execute! I used the girlfriend scenario as any example. Maybe you are a bachelor and you enjoy the single life, so imagine you are walking somewhere with your sister, mother, cousin, aunty, the outcome would still be the same! Or maybe your single and not a bachelor. Maybe you haven't had much luck with woman and you would like to get yourself noticed.
Lets set the scene again. Its Saturday night your out with your mates. Just been bowling and now you are playing on the machines. Your friends want to all have a go on the punch bag to see who gets the highest score. You go over to the machine and next to it is the dance mat. There is a group of girls on the mat having fun. Lets say that you had decided to take the BEST punching training available. A few of your mates step up and get some good scores. The girls are looking over now impressed by what they have seen. Its your turn, and its your chance to shine. You step up and BANG! Your have just SMASHED the record score! The girls are now looking your way! I bet you feel like a man now.
Before I can show you this great punching training there are 2 very basic things that you must do every time that you throw a punch. Whilst training during martial arts classes I have seen injuries to people simply because they haven't made a proper fist. Doing so is vital to ensure you don't break or damage your thumb or hand.
So to make the perfect fist, open your hand out flat and role your fingers down into your palm. Then you must close your thumb across your fingers so that the finger print on your thumb sits between your middle finger and your ring finger. It is very important you do this every time when you are doing your punching training, and if defending yourself, otherwise you may injure yourself!
The second basic thing you must be able to do is keep your balance. I have seen many a contest where someones defeat has resulted from poor balance. To ensure this doesn't happen to you, you must remember that whilst stationery with both feet on the ground, your feet must NEVER be wider then YOUR shoulders. If you do not remember this, and you attempt to punch you will be off balance and you will be vulnerable!
If you follow these 2 basic tips every time you are doing your punching training, and if you are defending yourself, then the training that I am about to show you will be very useful indeed.
