I call this point of satisfaction the minimum satisfaction point, or MSP. Most people who find themselves overweight are in such a state because they continually eat past their minimum satisfaction point, seemingly striving for a maximum fullness state. This naturally leads to weight gain because your body always stores the excess food due to taking in more food that is necessary to maintain the body throughout the day.

Your New Diet Program

Your new diet program is to have no program whatsoever. If you follow a program you will fail, like everyone who starts a weight loss program that ultimately falls off the wagon. Instead, you are going to create one simple habit of listening intently to your stomach's signals, eating whatever you desire when you feel hungry, and stopping eating when you are no longer hungry.
